Method
1 In a small saucepan, whisk the matcha green tea powder into the hot (not boiling) water.
2 Add the oat milk, nutmeg and cardamom, warm slowly, making sure not to boil. Whisk periodically.
3 When warm add the organic virgin coconut oil, maple syrup and Focus Flower Essence Blend then whisk vigorously to froth.
