This special blend of rehydrating and revitalising herbs and other natural ingredients is zingy, thirst quenching and reviving.
Blended in a coconut water base it helps replace lost fluids, electrolytes and nutrients as fast as possible – perfect if a big night out has left you feeling a little delicate.
Ingredients
- 1 pint coconut water – replaces lost electrolytes
- 1 grapefruit, squeezed – aids cleansing process
- 1 tsp turmeric – supports the liver
- 2 tsp baobab – rich in vitamin C to aid recovery
- 1/2 pineapple, chopped – calms the digestion and replaces vitamins
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey – instant energy and minerals
- 1/2 tsp ginger, finely grated – antioxidant and immunity boosting
- 4 tbsp flax seed oil – full of essential fats and antioxidants
- 1 generous tsp organic virgin coconut oil – nourishes the mind, boosts energy
- 5ml of milk thistle tincture – to support a healthy liver and eliminate toxins
- Sprinkle of bee pollen – nature’s antioxidant power pack
Method
1 Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
2 Refrigerate and serve chilled.
